  1. All cheques must be crossed and made payable to “Dhumall Sdn Bhd”. Write on the reverse side of the cheque our Bank Account Number: 7501161535 and Order Number.
  2. Bank in the cheque at any OCBC Bank Berhad.
  3. Email the bank slip to info@dhumall.com.

  1. PARTICIPATION FEE & CANCELLATION

2.1 Upon submission of the registration form to the Organizer, the Exhibitor automatically agrees to make a 50% payment within 3 days after the application form submission. Failing to do so, the Organizer has the right to cancel the Exhibitor’s booking and allocate the booth to another Exhibitor.

2.2 The balance of the fee shall be made by 15th November 2023.

2.3 Any cancellation of bookings or payment made will not be entertained and payment made will not be refunded.

2.4 For any reason whatsoever, if the Organizer decides to cancel or postpone this exhibition, the Organizer is not responsible for covering airfare, hotel, or other travel costs incurred by the Exhibitor and/or anyone whatsoever.

2.5 The Exhibition fee will not be refunded, however, it may be credited to a future exhibition, at the discretion of the Organizer.

2.6 The content of the event program is subject to change without prior notice.

  1. ALLOCATION OF BOOTH AND SET UP

3.1 The allocation of the booth(s) is at the absolute discretion of the Organizer, in accordance with the nature of the Exhibits or the manner deemed fit and appropriate.

3.2 Should the Exhibitor decide to engage a contractor other than the official contractor; the Exhibitor must seek prior approval from the Organizer. The non-official contractor shall adhere to all Terms & Conditions contained herein.

  1. PROHIBITIONS

4.1 The Exhibitor is prohibited from displaying any Exhibits that are unlawful, offensive, explosive, unsafe, and/or immoral at their Exhibition Booth or hall at all times.

4.2 The Organizer reserves the right to instruct the exhibitor to remove such unlawful, offensive, explosive, unsafe, and/or immoral exhibits immediately from the Exhibition Booth. Failing which, the Organizer has the right to remove the same and the Exhibitor shall be liable to pay the Organizer for any costs and expenses incurred.

4.3 The Exhibitor shall not assign, sub-let, or allow any other Exhibitor, their agents, manufacturer, employees, or supplier to occupy the exhibition space without the consent in writing from the Organizer.

4.4 Exhibitors are not allowed to tear down their displays before the closing time of the exhibition set by the Organizer.

  1. RIGHT OF REMOVAL

5.1 The Organizer reserves the right to prevent access or to remove from the Exhibition space (including the Exhibition Booth) any person or persons acting in a way that may cause a breach of peace or may be considered to be unlawful, offensive, explosive, unsafe, and/or immoral exhibits or may constitute a danger to public safety including the safety of those present at the exhibition.

  1. CHANGE OF THE VENUE AND OR TIME

6.1 The Organizer reserves the right to amend the venue and duration of the event. The Organizer shall accordingly inform the Exhibitor on the Eve of any such change. The change of the venue and duration of the exhibition shall not entitle the Exhibitor to cancel its participation in the exhibition. The Exhibitor hereby agrees that the Organizer shall not be liable for any claim arising from such change.

  1. INDEMNITY

7.1 The Exhibitor undertakes to fully indemnify the Organizer for any lost items or goods loaned or in the possession of the Exhibitor throughout the exhibition.

  1. FORCE MAJEURE

8.1 In the event of a fire, tempest, explosion of any kind, failure or neglect on the part of any utility supplying electricity or water, labour strike, civil commotion, war, fire or explosions, or any other event beyond the control of the Organizer that prevents or hinders the Organizer from fulfilling its obligations under this Agreement, the Organizer shall ensure that the Exhibitor is aware of the occurrence of any such event and to cancel or suspend this Agreement by notice in writing to the Exhibitor.

  1. RIGHTS

9.1 The Organizer reserves the right at its own absolute discretion to alter the Terms & Conditions contained from time to time without the need to inform the Exhibitor.

  1. COPYRIGHT

10.1 All intellectual property rights in all materials produced or distributed by the Organizer in connection with this event are expressly reserved and any unauthorized duplication, publication, or distribution is prohibited.

  1. DATA PROTECTION

11.1 Exhibitor confirms that it has consented for the Organizer to retain Exhibitor’s information on the Organizer’s database, to be used by the Organizer. The information retained on the Organizer’s database can be used by the Organizer to pass to selected third parties, to assist in communicating products and services which may be of interest to the Exhibitor. If the Exhibitor wishes to stop receiving such information, please inform info@dhumall.com
