1. Service Overview

DhuMall offers press release writing and global distribution services designed to help clients announce business updates, product launches, achievements, and other milestones through online media channels and an extended international network.

2. Scope of Service

Each package includes writing, editing, and distribution as specified in the selected plan. The press release will be distributed to a range of online news outlets, business platforms, and media channels within DhuMall’s global distribution network.

3. Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide accurate and verifiable information, including company details, brand names, logos, images, and any data or claims stated in the press release.
• DhuMall reserves the right to reject, modify, or request clarification for any content that is inaccurate, misleading, or violates applicable laws or media guidelines.
• The client must approve the final press release draft before distribution.

4. Revisions

• Each package includes the specified number of revision rounds.
• Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges.
• Once the press release is approved and distributed, no further changes or withdrawals can be made.

5. Distribution

• Distribution is carried out through DhuMall’s global network of online media channels and affiliated publishing platforms.
• While DhuMall aims for broad coverage, specific placements on individual media sites cannot be guaranteed.
• Media publication timing may vary depending on editorial schedules and external platform availability.

6. Turnaround Time

• Standard delivery is typically within 5–7 working days upon receipt of all required materials and payment.
• Express delivery (within 48 hours) is available as an add-on option.

7. Content Restrictions

DhuMall will not write or distribute press releases that contain:

• False, defamatory, or misleading information
• Hate speech, illegal activities, or adult content
• Political or religious propaganda
• Content violating intellectual property or privacy rights

8. Add-On Services

Optional services, such as translation, express delivery, and featured highlights in newsletters or partner channels, are available at an additional cost.

9. Fees and Payment

• Full payment must be made prior to commencement of service.
• All fees paid are non-refundable.
• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

DhuMall shall not be liable for any loss of business, profits, or reputation arising from the content, placement, or performance of the distributed press release. Responsibility for factual accuracy and legality of content rests solely with the client.

11. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the final written press release becomes the property of the client. However, DhuMall retains the right to feature the release (in part or in full) for marketing or portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where DhuMall is headquartered.

13. Client Agreement

By purchasing or subscribing to the Press & Media Amplifier, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
