DhuMall Freelance Sales Agents are independent professionals who promote and sell DhuMall’s business services and products to clients worldwide. They have the flexibility to work remotely, set their own pace, and earn lucrative commissions based on successful sales. With no fixed targets, they have unlimited earning potential and the opportunity to build global business relationships while advancing their careers.
As long as you:
- have strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills
- are self-driven and results-oriented individuals
- having a good network of potential business clients is an advantage

- To qualify for the monthly perks, you must:
- Achieve Sales as per the table above.
- Attend three (3) required training sessions.
- Engage in social media sales & marketing with at least five posts per week (proof of postings required)
- Perks are assessed and concluded monthly, with the last day of each month as the cut-off date
Terms & Conditions:
- Independent Contractor Status
DhuMall Freelance Sales Agents operate as independent contractors and not as employees of DhuMall. As such:
1.1 You are responsible for managing their schedules and work activities.
1.2 You are not entitled to employee benefits such as paid leave, sick leave, or other benefits.
1.3 You are not entitled to statutory contributions in Malaysia, including EPF, SOCSO, or EIS.
1.4 You are responsible for their tax obligations and compliance with local laws.
- Sales Commission & Payments
2.1 Commissions will be based on successful sales transactions as per DhuMall’s commission structure.
2.2 Entitled to all the commissions and rewards stated in the DhuMall Business Agent Program and DhuMall Affiliate Program.
2.3 Any disputes regarding payments must be raised in writing within 30 days of the payment date.
- Code of Conduct
All DhuMall Freelance Sales Agents are expected to:
3.1 Conduct yourself professionally and uphold the reputation of DhuMall.
3.2 Engage in ethical sales practices and avoid misleading clients.
3.3 Follow DhuMall’s sales guidelines and policies.
3.4 Maintain confidentiality regarding company and client information.
- Termination of Agreement
DhuMall reserves the right to terminate an agent’s engagement under the following circumstances:
4.1 Failure to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
4.2 Involvement in fraudulent or unethical activities.
4.3 Any other reason deemed necessary by DhuMall to protect its business interests.
- Amendments & Modifications
DhuMall reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Agents will be notified of any changes, and continued participation will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
By joining as a DhuMall Freelance Sales Agent, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
