DHU BUSINESS SOLUTIONS’ Social Media Branding Solutions Free 7-Day Trial with Automatic Subscription

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By signing up for the 7-day free trial, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This free trial is provided by DHU BUSINESS SOLUTIONS for new users to experience our Social Media Branding Solutions service.

  2. Eligibility
    This offer is available to new users only. Each user is entitled to one free trial period. The trial is valid for one platform of your choice from the following: Facebook (FB), Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, LinkedIn, or TikTok.

  3. Free Trial Period
    The free trial begins on the day your account is activated and runs for 7 consecutive days. During this period, you are entitled to:
    • Account Creation: We will assist you in setting up one account on the selected platform (if applicable).
    • 1 Content per Day: You may provide, or we will help you to create (text, image, or video) per day.
    • 1 Post per Day: A maximum of one post will be made on your chosen platform each day during the trial.

  1. Service Description
    During the free trial, users will have access to the following features:
    • Creation of one social media account on the platform of your choice (if applicable).
    • One piece of content (text, image, or video) may be uploaded each day.
    • Scheduling or posting of one post per day on the chosen platform.

  1. Content Guidelines
    All content uploaded during the free trial must comply with the content policies of DHU BUSINESS SOLUTIONS and the terms of the selected platform. Content that is illegal, offensive, or violates platform rules will be removed and your account may be terminated.

  2. Platform Restrictions
    This trial covers one platform per user. Once you select a platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, LinkedIn, or TikTok), you cannot switch platforms during the free trial period.

  3. Account Creation
    During the trial, users will be guided through the process of creating an account on their chosen platform if they do not already have one. Users are responsible for complying with the platform’s terms of use.

  4. Automatic Subscription and Billing
    On the 8th day, the trial period will end. Your account will remain inactive on this day, meaning you will not be able to post or create new content. However, unless you cancel by the end of Day 7, your credit card will be automatically charged for a 6-month subscription starting from Day 8.
    • Day 8 (Activation of Paid Plan): Upon successful payment, your account will be reactivated, and full access to the service will resume.
  1. 6-Month Subscription Plan

The six-month subscription plan includes the following features:

    • Six months of Assistance: DhuMall will provide ongoing support and assistance for the full 6-month subscription period.
    • Content Creation and Management: DhuMall will create content for your postings as part of the service and you are allowed one edit/revision per piece of content.
    • Post Scheduling: We will manage and schedule 3 postings per week on 3 days of your choice.
    • 6 Platforms: You can select up to 6 platforms from the following options: Facebook (FB), Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Posts can be scheduled across multiple platforms based on your selected content and timing preferences.

  1. Cancellation Policy
    You may cancel your trial anytime during the 7-day free trial period to avoid being charged for the annual subscription. To cancel, you must do so before the end of Day 7. No charges will be made if cancellation occurs within this period. If you do not cancel, the annual subscription fee will be charged on Day 8.

  2. Payment Terms
    • Upon sign-up for the free trial, you are required to provide a valid credit card. However, you will not be charged during the free trial.
    • If you do not cancel by Day 7, your credit card will be charged automatically on Day 8.

  1. Refund Policy
    Once the payment has been processed on Day 8, no refunds will be provided for the 6 months subscription. Please ensure you cancel by the end of Day 7 if you do not wish to continue with the service.

  2. Inactive Period (Day 8)
    Day 8 will be an inactive day and the service will not be available to you until the payment is successfully processed. Your access will automatically resume after successful payment.

  3. Cancellation After Subscription
    After the 6 months subscription has begun, you may cancel at any time, but no refund will be provided for the remaining term.

  4. Responsibility for Social Media Interactions
    DHU BUSINESS SOLUTIONS will not be responsible for any remarks, messages, or content posted by third parties on your social media pages during both the 7-Day Free Trial and the subscription period. You are solely responsible for moderating and managing interactions, comments, or messages received on its social media accounts throughout the duration of the service. DHU BUSINESS SOLUTIONS shall not be held liable for any consequences resulting from such interactions.

  1. Limitation of Liability
    DHU BUSINESS SOLUTIONS will not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or disruptions resulting from your use of this service. You agree to use the service at your own risk and to ensure that your content complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

  2. Changes to Terms and Conditions
    DHU BUSINESS SOLUTIONS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes to the terms and are encouraged to review them periodically.
