Terms & Conditions of the Growth Partner Pack
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the participation and purchase of the Corporate Visibility Pro package (“Program”) offered by DhuMall (“DhuMall”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in the Program, you (“Client”, “Participant”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

- Program Overview
The Corporate Visibility Pro Program is a premium business visibility and brand authority development solution designed to help corporations, franchisors, agencies, and organizations strengthen their market presence through strategic partnerships, funding guidance, and digital branding.
The Program includes, but is not limited to:
- Strategic Marketing Partnership Program
- Government Grant Consultation Service
- Business Development Service
- Video Ad Production & Social Media Branding
- Limited-Time Bonus Offers (as stated on the official offer page)
All inclusions, values, timelines, and offers are subject to modification, substitution, or withdrawal at DhuMall’s sole discretion.
- Eligibility
The Program is open to registered businesses, corporations, agencies, and organizations.
By enrolling, you confirm that:
- You are legally authorized to represent your organization; and
- All information provided to DhuMall is accurate, current, and complete.
- Program Fees and Payment Terms
- The total fee for the Program is as stated on the official offer page or invoice, payable in full at the time of registration.
- Payment must be made via DhuMall’s approved payment methods (e.g., bank transfer, payment gateway, or invoice).
- All payments are non-refundable.
- Fees quoted are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Program Delivery
Upon confirmation of payment and registration:
- DhuMall will initiate onboarding and program coordination within a reasonable timeframe.
- The order and duration of specific services (e.g., consultation sessions, partnership activities, media production, or campaign launches) may vary depending on the Client’s readiness, submission of required materials, and operational factors.
- The Client must provide accurate company information, marketing assets, and timely feedback to enable service execution.
DhuMall reserves the right to adjust delivery schedules to maintain quality standards and coordination with third-party platforms.
- Client Responsibilities
To ensure effective delivery, you agree to:
- Provide necessary business information, creative materials, and approvals in a timely manner;
- Review and respond to DhuMall’s requests promptly;
- Maintain professional communication and collaboration throughout the Program.
Failure to provide required materials or feedback on time may delay or limit Program effectiveness. DhuMall shall not be liable for such delays or any resulting non-performance.
- Intellectual Property Rights
- All intellectual property rights in content, creative assets, strategies, and materials produced by DhuMall remain the property of DhuMall unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Clients retain ownership of their own trademarks, logos, and proprietary content provided for the Program.
- By participating, you grant DhuMall a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your business name, logo, and related materials solely for Program execution, listings, and showcasing participation.
- Confidentiality
Both DhuMall and the Client agree to treat all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the Program as confidential and to use it only for purposes directly related to Program execution. Disclosure to third parties is prohibited without prior written consent, except as required by law.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- DhuMall, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities) arising out of or in connection with the Program.
- DhuMall provides marketing exposure, partnership access, and branding platforms but does not guarantee specific business outcomes, leads, or financial results.
- You acknowledge that participation in the Program is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion and risk.
- In all circumstances, DhuMall’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Program.
- Refund & Cancellation Policy
- All payments are non-refundable once made.
- If you withdraw voluntarily or fail to provide required materials, no refund or service credit will be issued.
- In rare cases where DhuMall discontinues the Program, partial refunds or equivalent service credits may be offered at DhuMall’s discretion.
- Modifications to the Program
DhuMall reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Program, including pricing, inclusions, or timelines, at any time without prior notice.
Any significant changes will be communicated via DhuMall’s official website or email notification.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DhuMall, its affiliates, and personnel from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms;
- Misuse of Program materials or resources;
- Violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
- Data Protection & Privacy
DhuMall complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) and relevant international data protection standards (including GDPR).
- Your personal and business information will be used only for Program administration, communication, and related marketing purposes.
- DhuMall employs reasonable safeguards to protect your data from unauthorized access or misuse.
- By participating, you consent to DhuMall processing your data in accordance with its Privacy Policy available on the official website.
- Marketing Consent
By enrolling in the Program, you consent to:
- Receiving updates, communications, and promotional materials from DhuMall; and
- Allowing DhuMall to reference your company’s participation as part of its client portfolio or marketing showcases.
You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting enquiries@dhumall.com or unsubscribing via communication channels.
- Force Majeure
DhuMall shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, wars, strikes, pandemics, or system failures.
In such cases, DhuMall may extend delivery timelines or temporarily suspend services as necessary.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
