Terms & Conditions of the Fast Growth Pack
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the participation and purchase of the Fast Growth Pack (“Program”) offered by DhuMall (“DhuMall”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in the Program, you (“Client”, “Participant”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before making your purchase.
- Program Overview
The Program is a business visibility and global outreach program designed to help companies expand internationally through enhanced marketing exposure, global business matching, and brand promotion.
The Program includes, but is not limited to:
- Global Business Matching
- Lead Generation and Email Marketing Campaign
- Privilege Corporate Client Membership (DPCCM)
- Limited-Time Bonus Offers (as stated on the offer page)
All inclusions, values, timelines, and offers are subject to modification or withdrawal at DhuMall’s discretion.
- Eligibility
The Program is open to registered businesses, corporations, and entrepreneurs.
By enrolling, you confirm that:
- You are legally authorized to represent your organization.
- All information provided to DhuMall is accurate, current, and complete.
- Program Fees and Payment Terms
- The total fee for the Program is as per the information provided to you, payable in full at the time of registration.
- Payment must be made via DhuMall’s approved payment methods (e.g., bank transfer, payment gateway, or invoice).
- All payments are non-refundable.
- Fees quoted are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Program Delivery
Upon receipt of payment and confirmation of registration:
- DhuMall will begin onboarding and initiate services within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 7–10 working days.
- The sequence and duration of specific services (e.g., campaign launch, listings, or matching activities) may vary depending on the Client’s readiness, submission of materials, and operational factors.
- The Client must provide accurate information, marketing materials, and timely feedback to facilitate service delivery.
DhuMall reserves the right to adjust delivery timelines as necessary to ensure service quality and coordination with third-party platforms.
- Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth delivery, you agree to:
- Provide all necessary company information, media content, and approvals in a timely manner.
- Review and approve materials as requested by DhuMall.
- Conduct all communications with professionalism and integrity.
Failure to cooperate or provide required materials on time may delay or limit the Program’s effectiveness.
DhuMall shall not be liable for such delays or non-performance caused by the Client’s inaction.
- Intellectual Property Rights
- All intellectual property rights in content, designs, campaigns, and materials produced by DhuMall remain the property of DhuMall unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Clients retain ownership of their trademarks, logos, and proprietary materials provided for the Program.
- By participating, you grant DhuMall a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your business name, logo, and materials solely for Program execution, promotional listings, and showcasing participation.
- Confidentiality
Both DhuMall and the Client agree to treat all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the Program as confidential and to use it only for purposes directly related to the Program.
Disclosure of such information to third parties is prohibited without prior written consent, except as required by law.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- DhuMall Sdn. Bhd., its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, business, goodwill, or data) arising out of or in connection with the Program, its services, or these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.
- DhuMall provides marketing exposure, networking tools, and promotional platforms but does not guarantee specific business outcomes, partnerships, leads, or financial returns.
- You acknowledge that participation in the Program is undertaken at your own discretion and risk.
- In all circumstances, DhuMall’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Program.
- Refund & Cancellation Policy
- All payments are non-refundable once paid.
- If you fail to provide required materials or voluntarily withdraw, no refund or service credit will be provided.
- In exceptional cases (e.g., program cancellation by DhuMall), partial refunds or equivalent service credits may be offered at DhuMall’s sole discretion.
- Modifications to the Program
DhuMall reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Program, including pricing or inclusions, at any time without prior notice.
Any material changes will be communicated via the official website or email notification.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DhuMall, its affiliates, and personnel from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms;
- Misuse of the Program or materials;
- Violation of any law or rights of third parties.
- Data Protection & Privacy
DhuMall complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) and relevant international data protection laws (including GDPR).
- Your personal and company information will be collected, stored, and used solely for Program delivery, communication, and related marketing purposes.
- DhuMall implements reasonable security measures to protect your data.
- By enrolling, you consent to DhuMall processing your data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

- Marketing Consent
By participating in the Program, you consent to:
- Receiving updates, promotional materials, and business opportunity communications from DhuMall via email or other communication channels;
- DhuMall referencing your company’s participation as part of its client portfolio or marketing showcases.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting enquiries@dhumall.com or using the unsubscribe option in our communications.
- Force Majeure
DhuMall shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, strikes, pandemics, or system failures.
In such cases, DhuMall reserves the right to extend delivery timelines or suspend services temporarily.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
