These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and delivery of the SME Starter Kit (“Package”) offered by DhuMall (“DhuMall”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By proceeding with the order or payment, the client (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Package Overview

The SME Starter Kit includes the following deliverables:

• • Brand Visual Upgrade (Logo, Business Profile, Promotional Banner)
  • Website or Landing Page (one responsive design)
  • Press Release Writing and Global Distribution
  • Bonus: 1-Month Listing on Public Company Opportunities and The Opportunities newsletters (limited and first-come, first-served basis)

2. Payment

• • Full payment must be made before project commencement.
  • All payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
  • Prices stated on promotional materials exclude any applicable taxes or government charges, unless otherwise specified.

3. Project Duration

• • The standard delivery period is a minimum of 14 working days (2 weeks) from the date DhuMall receives all necessary materials, information, and approvals from the Client.
  • Delays in providing inputs, feedback, or approval may result in an extended timeline.

4. Client Responsibilities

• • The Client shall provide all required business information, references, and materials in a timely manner to enable DhuMall to carry out the work efficiently.
  • The Client shall review and approve drafts or deliverables within the timeframe specified by DhuMall to avoid project delays.
  • The Client is responsible for ensuring all provided information is accurate and lawful to use.

5. Deliverables and Revisions

• • The Package includes one (1) round of minor revision for each deliverable (logo/profile/banner, website or landing page, and press release).
  • Additional revisions or requests beyond the scope of the package may incur extra charges, subject to a separate quotation.
  • All deliverables will be provided in digital format only.

6. Bonus Offer

• • The bonus listing on Public Company Opportunities and The Opportunities newsletters is available strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, while slots last.
  • DhuMall reserves the right to substitute or withdraw the bonus offer once the quota is reached, without prior notice.
  • The bonus has no cash value and is non-transferable.

7. Ownership and Usage Rights

• • Upon full payment, the Client shall own the final approved logo, profile, banner, website or landing page, and press release content.
  • DhuMall retains the right to include completed work in its portfolio, website, or marketing materials, unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
  • The Client is responsible for the future maintenance, updates, and operation of their website or landing page after delivery.

8. Termination

• • Either party may terminate the project in writing before work commences.
  • Once the project has started, payments are non-refundable.
  • DhuMall reserves the right to terminate the project if the Client fails to provide required information, materials, or approvals within 30 days from the project start date.

9. Limitation of Liability

• • To the fullest extent permitted by law, DhuMall shall exclude all liabilities arising from or connected with the SME Starter Kit, including but not limited to project outcomes, usage of deliverables, or any loss of business, revenue, or reputation.
  • DhuMall’s responsibility is limited solely to the provision of the agreed deliverables as described in this package.
  • By engaging this service, the Client acknowledges and agrees that DhuMall will not be held liable for any claims, costs, damages, or expenses of any kind, whether direct or indirect, resulting from the use or non-performance of the deliverables.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

11. Acknowledgement

By confirming the order or making payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated herein.
